We are looking for candidates who have a great work ethic, who look to over achieve targets and are looking to grow within this organisation.
You MUST have customer services/sales experience and we are looking for people who are looking for a long term role.
You will be the first point of contact for customers who are calling in relation to medical enquiries and are looking to book appointments within the private medical sector.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service within a fast paced, targeted environment. Contact centre experience would be advantageous as you will be a telephone based advisor. Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage, but is not essential. You will be able to think on your feet and answer queries in an empathetic manner.
