Premier Customer Service Representative
Edinburgh - £15,530 (Plus uncapped performance bonus, paid quarterly)10 weeks full time training programme
Training hours are: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Working Pattern:
Monday - Sunday 8.00am - 10.00pm (Working Monday - Sunday on a 6 week rotating shift basis)
Job Role:
Taking inbound calls from existing Premier customers and dealing with their high value bank accounts.
Skills required:
- Ability to make effective premier customer contact through inbound channels, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to meet their requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Effective objection handling.
- Able to recognise opportunities for cross sales.
- Previous experience within a customer service / sales environment is advantageous.
- Effective listening
- Flexible and receptive to change.
- Able to work on own whilst understanding impact of role within the team.
- Able to work to challenging but achievable targets.
