Premier Customer Service Representative

Edinburgh - £15,530 (Plus uncapped performance bonus, paid quarterly)

10 weeks full time training programme

Training hours are: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Working Pattern:

Monday - Sunday 8.00am - 10.00pm (Working Monday - Sunday on a 6 week rotating shift basis)

Job Role:

Taking inbound calls from existing Premier customers and dealing with their high value bank accounts.

Skills required:

  • Ability to make effective premier customer contact through inbound channels, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to meet their requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Effective objection handling.
  • Able to recognise opportunities for cross sales.
  • Previous experience within a customer service / sales environment is advantageous.
  • Effective listening
  • Flexible and receptive to change.
  • Able to work on own whilst understanding impact of role within the team.
  • Able to work to challenging but achievable targets.
