Inbound Customer Service & Sales
North Lanarkshire - £13,910We are currently recruiting for a global financial organisation based in the heart of Lanarkshire.

We are looking for people with a minimum of 12 months customer services/sales experience ideally gained within the call centre environment, but ultimately you will have experience of working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
Your key areas of focus will include:
- Responding to customer queriesin a professional manner, establishing rapport in-order to identify customerneeds.
- Completing the sales ofnon-regulated personal products (bank accounts, overdrafts, personal loans, savingsaccount and general insurance policies), completing applications or referringmore complex customer needs to a suitably accredited colleague.
- Effectively and proactivelymonitoring call queues appropriate to the site and adhering to agreed ServiceLevel Agreements.
- Meeting realistic customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy and professionalism of response.

The basic starting salary for this role is £13,910 with the opportunity of earning bonus on a bi-annual basis. There is a 12 week rolling shift pattern and excellent benefits included in the package.
As this role is working for a financial services organisation, all candidates will be subject to a Credit Check as well as a Criminal Background Record check.
Please note that our client is based in North Lanarkshire. It is recommended that you have your own transportation to get to and from work due to limited public transport.
